* net/tramp-smb.el (tramp-smb-handle-copy-directory): Handle the
case both directories are remote.
(tramp-smb-handle-expand-file-name): Implement "~" expansion.
(tramp-smb-maybe-open-connection): Flush the cache only if
necessary.
